Host did a great job of answering all my questions in a timely manner and even sent the cleaners over during my long term stay so I did not have to worry about deep cleaning the place myself. The house is in a very nice area where you are walking distance from the beach and the a bunch restaurants and bars. All in all I would highly recommend Matthew as a host and absolutely recommend this Airbnb!

We just had a great weekend in Coco Beach. Mathew’s home had everything you could need. Even items we didn’t anticipate he would have. Everything was in excellent condition and it was perfect for 2 couples and a 19 month old We would definitely return to the property.

The little extras for the guest in the bathroom (toothpaste, bandaids and q-tips)was perfect. We loved the location as it was close to downtown CB while having a quite backyard.

Wow, what a wonderful place! In reality it looks even better than in pictures! This house is extremely well furnished, on arrival a nice basket of sweets was waiting for us. House is spotlesly clean and 5 mins walk from the beach. All amenities were provided and Matt was responding immediately to our messages. One of the best Airbnb I have ever stayed, I can highly recommend it!

We have visited Cocoa Beach for Memorial Day weekend every year for the least 4 years. Our usual vacation rental was booked so we took a risk with this new Airbnb and we are so happy we did. We were welcomed to a spotless, newly renovated home exactly as shown in photos. It instantly felt like an upgrade. The host left a kind note with snacks, some bottled water, and every single amenity we needed. The washer and dryer came in very handy. Everything was exactly as shown in photos. We also enjoyed the shower with the moveable shower head which made bath time with our 4 year old a breeze.
The home is about 5 minutes walk from the beach and is also super close to Coconuts and a variety of other bars, restaurants, ice cream shops. Host was super responsive and was kind enough to be flexible with check in time. This place was much more spacious, private, and modern than our usual economy rental for just a fraction more. It was a great value and we hope to be back again.

The reviews I read before booking this place were spot-on! The pictures do a great job of illustrating the place, but I’d say it’s even better in person. Matthew has added so many little extra touches, including all the essentials you need and then some, like bottled waters, a welcome basket of snacks, luxury beach towels, top-notch cooking utensils, and plenty of backups of toilet paper, towels, detergent, shampoo, etc. As of right now, this place has a 5.0 rating and it is totally deserved.
As many already noted, the beach is just a few blocks away and there are tons of restaurants and shops within walking distance. In fact, we stayed for a week without a car and did just the fine. Just a heads up for those who also want to go car-free that while there is a small market nearby for some grocery staples, if you want to make a legitimate grocery run, the Publix is about a 30-minute walk away.

The place was perfect spot, and the price was suitable. It was just me, so plenty of room. probably would be suitable up to 4. The place was spectacular on the inside, and had a nice private backyard. Great, renovated property, everything was brand new. And it is walking distance to the beach and all of the bar scene.
Also, Note: As someone who used to be from the area, staying at a place only a 1-min walk from the best/oldest bar in Cocoa Beach (Johnathan's Pub) was a HUUUGE plus. The bar offers the best French Dips around, with the cheapest drinks within 100mi.
The ONLY critique.... the driveway is an initial steep entrance. Vehicles with a low-base, be careful, because you will likely bottom-out.
Everything else about the property, 20 out of 10. I do plan to be back in town, and if this place is available, I'll certainly be looking to stay here again.
Matthew was a solid host, who responded quickly.

This was such a refreshing experience.
This space exceeded every possible desire we had.
Maybe because we were the first guests, but the pristine, clean, guest friendly, attention to detail was about five stars.
It was comfortable. Close to everything, and made us feel like family guests, rather than simply nomads who were never acknowledged.
Thank you Matthew and the team. Keep up the Intensionality, it was not taken for granted, and made us want to come back ASAP.
