This was a great place to stay for our family of 3. Went down for spring break and it's a great location. A short walk to the beach and close to restaurants and shops. Neighborhood is friendly and quiet at night. The place is brand new with modern conveniences and amenities. Beds were very comfortable after long days in the sun. Matthew is a great host. Easy instructions for the house and he's quick with answering any questions we had. We'll definitely come back! Thanks again for everything

This place is so beautiful and had great amenities! It is in the perfect location for a quick walk to the beach and I loved that beach towels, umbrellas, and chairs were included in the stay!

Wir haben einen rundum angenehmen Aufenthalt in Matthews Beach-Haus genossen. Es war alles hochwertig vorhanden, was für unsere drei Tage im Haus benötigt wurde. Das Ambiente passt und die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll aufeinander abgestimmt. Wir möchten es gern und unbedingt weiter empfehlen. Tolle produktive Kommunikation ohne Verzögerung. Sehr zu empfehlen.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay! The home was exactly as described, easy to find and chick in/check out. Within walking distance to beach, restaurants and shops. There were a lot of board games and they left some nice little snacks and treats, it was obvious that they went the extra mile to add those little touches which I appreciated. Bathroom and kitchen were fully stocked with necessary supplies-they really thought of everything. I had a couple special requests/questions and consistently received a response in less than 5 minutes. I would recommend and I would definitely stay here again!

Nice, quaint spot super close to downtown and main beach access. Quiet neighborhood and very walkable area. Felt right at home, the place had everything I needed and more! Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We had a great stay in Cocoa Beach. The Beach Cottage was the perfect space for two adults and one toddler. The house was very clean and stocked with all needed amenities and a few toiletry items and snacks. My son also loved the board games. We also appreciated the beach chairs and toys for our beach day.
The house is in a great walkable spot to downtown.
Lastly, Matthew’s very helpful and responsive to our WiFi question and he also dropped off some laundry pods. We will definitely be back!

I can’t say enough about my stay at Matthew’s place. The location was walking distance to the beach and even some restaurants. The unit was stocked with toiletries beyond what I’d expect ( there was face wipes and tampons as well as toothbrushes and even Q-Tips, which are easily forgotten in travels but you find yourself needing). I arrived to a welcome basket of goodies and a binder with all the info I’d need for my stay. There were blankets for the couches to make it feel like home and comfortable bed and bedding! Truly a gem!

Host did a great job of answering all my questions in a timely manner and even sent the cleaners over during my long term stay so I did not have to worry about deep cleaning the place myself. The house is in a very nice area where you are walking distance from the beach and the a bunch restaurants and bars. All in all I would highly recommend Matthew as a host and absolutely recommend this Airbnb!

We have visited Cocoa Beach for Memorial Day weekend every year for the least 4 years. Our usual vacation rental was booked so we took a risk with this new Airbnb and we are so happy we did. We were welcomed to a spotless, newly renovated home exactly as shown in photos. It instantly felt like an upgrade. The host left a kind note with snacks, some bottled water, and every single amenity we needed. The washer and dryer came in very handy. Everything was exactly as shown in photos. We also enjoyed the shower with the moveable shower head which made bath time with our 4 year old a breeze.
The home is about 5 minutes walk from the beach and is also super close to Coconuts and a variety of other bars, restaurants, ice cream shops. Host was super responsive and was kind enough to be flexible with check in time. This place was much more spacious, private, and modern than our usual economy rental for just a fraction more. It was a great value and we hope to be back again.
